Conor Bradley’s impressive season has continued into the current international period as the Northern Ireland star has just scored a brace against Andorra.

The right-back had a breakthrough year at Liverpool as he stepped up spectacularly in the absence of Trent Alexander-Arnold throughout the start of 2024.

It looks like the Reds defender’s form has continued into this international period as the 20-year-old has just scored a brace against Andorra in a friendly game with his second coming in impressive fashion.

Bradley latched onto a cross with a diving header to help his country take a 2-0 lead into the halftime break.

Liverpool are set to reward Conor Bradley for his impressive performances this past season.

The 20-year-old has established himself as an important first-team player for Liverpool, especially during injuries to Trent Alexander-Arnold.  Bradley put on assured displays in the absence of the England international and Arne Slot is ready to reward him with a new deal, according to TEAMtalk.

Bradley is a prodigious young talent with a bright future ahead of himself, and he could be a key player for Liverpool in the coming seasons. It is no surprise that the club are looking to secure his long-term future. Offering him a new deal would be a wise decision, and it is fair to assume that the youngster is likely to commit his future to the club.

The Northern Ireland international has already shown that he is good enough to compete this level and he is only going to get better with experience and coaching. He will help push Alexander-Arnold for the starting spot next season. Bradley can be a more reliable option than Alexander-Arnold defensively, and it will be interesting to see if he can improve his game going forward.

Conor Bradley set to be handed bumper new deal at Liverpool.

Conor Bradley has a bright future

The 20-year-old has proven himself to be quite capable going forward, but he needs to improve a lot more if he wants to dislodge Alexander-Arnold from the starting lineup.

It will be interesting to see if Slot is willing to give him ample opportunities next season. With no real cover in the right back department, a loan exit seems unlikely and Liverpool will keep him at the club next season as a squad player.

It will be interesting to see if Slot decides to move Alexander-Arnold into the midfield and give Bradley more first team opportunities next season.

Conor Bradley has been spotted back in Liverpool’s first-team training.

The Northern Ireland international appears to recovered from the ankle injury he suffered during last month’s 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace.

Having missed four games since the injury, the 20-year-old, according to a recent report from This Is Anfield, is nearer his competitive return.

Liverpool receive injury boost as Conor Bradley spotted in training

Expected to be available for the Reds’ Premier League clash at home to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, Bradley could be about to make his 11th domestic appearance of the season.

Conor Bradley is back from injury and could play for Liverpool against Spurs this weekend.

Providing Jurgen Klopp with more defensive options ahead of the side’s final three games, Liverpool’s impressive number 84, although unlikely to force Trent Alexander-Arnold out of the starting right-back role, could allow the Englishman to move into his more dynamic and creative midfield role.

Since being promoted to the Reds’ first team last summer, Bradley, who has three years left on his contract, has directly contributed to eight goals in 27 games in all competitions.

Sunday’s showdown against Spurs, which is scheduled to kick off at 4.30 p.m. (UK time), will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Liverpool will be without Conor Bradley and Diogo Jota for this weekend’s clash with West Ham but the Reds will have Cody Gakpo back in their squad for the trip to London.

Bradley has been sidelined since picking up a knock against Crystal Palace earlier this month, while Jota sustained an issue during last Sunday’s win at Fulham despite only returning from a recent setback.

Speaking ahead of Liverpool’s match with West Ham on Saturday, Jurgen Klopp has confirmed the duo will miss the trip to the London Stadium and will need more time to recover from their injuries.

“Both not ready. Progressing well, [but] not ready and nobody told me yet they will start training in the next few days. I think it will take time, a little bit,” the Reds boss said via Liverpool.com.

On the other hand, Klopp has confirmed that Cody Gakpo will be back in his squad after the Dutch star missed Wednesday night’s defeat to Everton due to his partner going into labour.

Speaking about the 24-year-old’s situation, Klopp said via Liverpool.com: “Mum well, boy well, father well and back in training yesterday.”

Liverpool need to keep pushing for Premier League title

The Everton defeat all but confirmed Liverpool’s exit from the Premier League title race but Jurgen Klopp’s men need to keep pushing just in case Arsenal and Man City somehow slip up.

Even if the Reds don’t win the league, Klopp’s reign at Anfield needs to end on a high note and that can still be achieved by winning their remaining four games.

Not having the likes of Jota and Bradley will make this a little tougher, but the Merseyside outfit can earn 12 points despite their awful run of form.

Liverpool are set to be without Conor Bradley for the rest of April after the right-back limped off injured during the Reds’ 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace at Anfield on Sunday.

The 20-year-old will need two to three weeks to recover from his ankle injury, reports The Athletic, but will return in time before the current season ends.

Bradley left the pitch early during the second half against Crystal Palace at the weekend and the injury looked serious at the time. However, Jurgen Klopp will be grateful that the youngster is only out for a short period but the defender is still set to miss some key games throughout the rest of April.

Liverpool travel to Atalanta on Thursday looking to claw back a 3-0 deficit before playing Fulham at Craven Cottage on Sunday. Premier League meetings with Everton on Wednesday, April 24 and West Ham United on Saturday, April 27 follow that, with Bradley expected to return soon after to continue the impressive campaign he is having.

The saving grace for Klopp is that Trent Alexander-Arnold is fit again and having missed most of 2024 through his own injury issues, the 25-year-old will be eager to make an impact on the remainder of the season.

Conor Bradley will be missed by Liverpool

Although Alexander-Arnold is fit again, Liverpool will miss Bradley over the coming weeks as the youngster has stepped up massively in the absence of the Reds’ first-choice right-back.

The Northern Ireland star has featured 22 times this season for the Merseyside outfit, scoring one goal and assisting a further six. The 20-year-old played a massive role in Liverpool winning the Carabao Cup this season and his performances have set him up for a bright future at Anfield.

Klopp will hope to have Bradley back as soon as possible as the German coach will need all his players fit for this crucial phase of the season.

It has been quite the tricky game this evening for Liverpool against bottom of the league Sheffield United.

Despite being at the opposite ends of the table, Sheffield United conjured up two brilliant chances in the opening 75 seconds at Anfield but were unable to take those opportunities.

Since that point Liverpool have piled on the pressure but the home side took the lead through an error from Blades stopper Ivo Grbic. The Croatian goalkeeper slammed the ball against Darwin Nunez and the ball ricocheted into the back of the net in the 17th minute.

And now Sheffield United have a fortuitous goal for themselves as Gustavo Hamer headed the ball onto Conor Bradley and the ball trickled into the back of the net.

Conor Bradley’s incredible 2024 continued on Tuesday night as the Liverpool full-back scored a lovely goal against Scotland at Hampden Park.

In the absence of Trent Alexander-Arnold throughout the start of this year, the 20-year-old has stepped up massively for the Reds and has made a name for himself within the football world.

The defender has continued his run of form for his country and has scored a stunner for Northern Ireland during their friendly match with Scotland.

Bradley’s striker flew past Angus Gunn in the home side’s goal and although it took a slight deflection, it was still a lovely strike from the Liverpool youngster.

This season has been a huge one in the career of Liverpool’s Conor Bradley and his teammate Andy Robertson has been full of praise for the Reds youngster.

Trent Alexander-Arnold has had his fair share of injury issues during the current campaign and has been out of action since Jurgen Klopp’s men defeated Burnley at the start of February, which came after a period of absence at the beginning of 2024.

Bradley has stepped up in his place and the Northern Irishman has been sensational in the right-back role for Liverpool. So much so, that fans of the club may even want the 20-year-old to keep the position until the end of the season.

There have been many top performances from Bradley this season but the one that stands out is Chelsea at Anfield at the end of January.

The youngster was on fire as he grabbed a goal and two assists as the Reds hammered Mauricio Pochettino’s team 4-1.

Liverpool left-back Andy Robertson has now been speaking about his fellow full-back and the Scotland star was full of praise for Bradley and that Chelsea performance.

Robertson speaks about Conor Bradley’s Chelsea performance

“The Chelsea at home performance is right up there with one of the best full-back performances I’ve seen,” Robertson told Sky Sports about Bradley’s performance against the Blues.

“Not many people probably knew about him before it but that was a special performance and that’s why after that, what I was saying to him is ‘you need to be consistent now’.

“He has shown he has got the ability, he has shown he has got the attitude, he has everything to be a top, top full-back but what he needs is to do it week in, week out.”

Liverpool were crowned League Cup champions on Sunday for the tenth time and the clash at Wembley had a lot of incident.

One came towards the end of the first half when Ben Chilwell and Conor Bradley had a bit of a tussle after the Reds youngster fell on top of the Blues left-back.

Both players received a yellow card for the incident but new footage has emerged of how Joe Gomez reacted to the England international clashing with the 20-year-old.

After things heated up between Chilwell and Bradley, Gomez can be seen grabbing his fellow England international’s shirt before having a word, who then tried to push the Liverpool star in response.

The Blues full-back spent the day trying to intimate Jurgen Klopp’s youngsters but it was pointless as the Reds young stars stepped up to win the first trophy on offer this season.

Chelsea and Liverpool are in action at Wembley fighting for the chance to win the first piece of major silverware on offer of the season.

The Reds came into today’s blockbuster clash hampered by several injuries to key players, including Mo Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Chelsea, on the other hand, found themselves many pundits’ favourites — an unfamiliar position considering how poorly they’ve played all season.

And although the game has been hugely eventual during the first 45 minutes, one of the moments of the match came after Ben Chilwell clashed with Conor Bradley.

The pair were involved in a heated bust up which saw the Chelsea full-back physically push his defensive opponent.

Both players were later booked by referee Chris Kavanagh.
